The fact that they [people belonging to such Communities and, or, Cultures] give birth to [too] many children,
this causes them [the parents] not to wait for anything else but »giving them away » [marrying them off].
In the case of girls, no matter how old [little] they are: the important is that they get married and that they don’t affect the family budget anymore.
Family planning is often useful EVEN in order to respect children [their Life, their Dignity and their Individuality] more:
less children = a better life’s Quality for everyone of them.
[Tough it is NOT ONLY the/their number that affects life's Quality].
